Red's is built specifically for boats and RVs. Our covered bays fit powerboats, fishing boats, pontoons, ski boats, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and Class A, B, and C motorhomes. We offer 20, 30, and 40-foot bays, each 12 feet wide and 16 feet tall. Measure your full rig, including trailer tongue and any motor overhang, before selecting a bay size. To maintain a clean, safe, and uniform appearance throughout the facility, stored items must remain contained within the footprint of the rented bay and secured on or within the stored vehicle, trailer, RV, or approved shipping container. Only wheels, landing gear, support stands, or the bottom surface of approved storage containers may contact the ground. Loose items, outdoor storage, pallets, stacked materials, tarped items, furniture, equipment, or personal property stored outside of the vehicle or container are not permitted.

The facility gate is accessible 24/7 using your personal access code.

Each renter receives a unique personal gate code upon move-in. Enter your code at the gate to access the facility at any time. No staff interaction required. For security purposes, gate codes are assigned to individual renters and should not be shared with other individuals, contractors, vendors, friends, or family members without authorization from management. Renters are responsible for all activity associated with the use of their personal gate code, including any guests or individuals who access the property using that code.

Red's features 24-hour video surveillance, electronic gate access with personalized codes for every renter, motion-activated lighting throughout, large metal entry gates, and a fully fenced perimeter.

Yes, you will need to provide your own lock. We recommend using a high-quality disc lock or cylinder lock for maximum security. Locks are also available for purchase at our office.

Every bay includes a 15-amp outlet that automatically trickle charges your engine battery for two hours per day, keeping it maintained between uses.

The following are not permitted on the property: hazardous materials, explosives, illegal substances, live animals, perishable food items, unregistered or junk vehicles, and flammable liquids stored outside of an approved fuel system. Prohibited activities and storage include: loose outdoor materials, furniture, appliances, tires, trash, or debris; construction materials or jobsite waste; occupying or living in any vehicle on the property; vehicle repairs or mechanical work beyond minor emergency repairs; firearms discharge, fireworks, or open burning; leaking or environmentally hazardous vehicles or containers; items extending outside the rented bay; subleasing or unauthorized commercial operations; and any activity creating excessive noise, odors, safety hazards, or interference with other renters. Red's reserves the right to determine whether stored property or activities are inconsistent with the intended use of the facility.

Yes. Every bay is covered, providing year-round protection from sun, rain, and debris.

Yes. Securing stored vehicles, trailers, boats, RVs, equipment, and personal belongings is the responsibility of the owner. We strongly recommend that all customers utilize high-quality locks, hitch locks, wheel locks, alarm systems, or other appropriate security measures for any property stored on-site. For enclosed trailers, shipping containers, and other lockable units, we recommend commercial-grade disc or cylinder locks for added protection.

Yes. Shipping containers are an excellent way to create highly secure enclosed storage within the Red’s facility. We offer designated spaces for both 20 foot and 40-foot shipping containers throughout the property. Customers are responsible for providing their own container, whether owned or rented. Red’s does not provide or lease shipping containers directly. To maintain the appearance and quality of the facility, all containers must be in new or like-new condition and subject to management approval prior to placement on the property. Excessively rusted, damaged, patched, heavily dented, graffiti-covered, mismatched, or otherwise unsightly containers will not be permitted. Container spaces are designed specifically for standard shipping containers and are available in both 20- and 40-foot lengths.
